Were fast to call back and help me schedule the service - I had a large oil stain to try and remove. They also set expectations well that they would do their best but that the stain would most likely remain even after treatment. After arriving they went to work and it seemed like they were done very fast - 30 minutes or less. I wish they would've spent more time, seems like the cost of the service did not match the effort or time spent.

Good first visit and will hire again. That said, room for improvement: For what we paid, we would have liked a) ladder work on the very few high windows and b) squeegee the outsides of the windows, not just the insides. There were several small omissions we'll ask for corrections next time: a) put things you moved back, b) replace all screens you removed - our pets almost escaped because left out and c) one window has a screen that does not come out and the outside was not cleaned - we found dirt caked on. So overall good, but room to improve.
