I had some foundationrepairs needed and so I gave Marvin a call. He was very responsive and timely with all communications. Once he was onsite and had examined the foundation he explained what was really needed and if it was serious or not. He got a quote to me within a day and I thought the price was fair and reasonable. I hired him and the workmanship was good. I do have a construction background so his attention to detail was much appreciated. I have another small project I want to do and I will use his services again.
