We provide friendly and professional help to contractors, architects, and engineers for residential and commercial projects. I have worked as a consultant and coordinated with architect and sub-contractors to aid in verifying that no encroachments will happen during construction. I also work with others that are wanting custom home designs for their next home construction. I have over 10 years of experience as an architectural drafter and designer. I use the latest software available including Autocad Architecture, Photoshop, Chief Architect, 3DS Max, and Revit. I am LEED AP accredited and can provide consultation for green building. I can also provide marketing presentation material, computer and software service, maintenance, and networking for professional or home use.
