I offer single family, multifamily, specialty home and commercial property inspections, including radon, wood destroying organisms (otherwise known as pest and dry rot), and mold inspections. I am fully insured, bonded and licensed to perform VA/FHA inspections as required by lenders in Oregon.
Every whole house inspection includes evaluation of all structural systems from the roof to the crawl space and all major systems in between (HVAC, plumbing and electrical).
We serve Lane, Linn, Benton, Polk, Marion and Douglas counties.
