$69 Diagnosis/Trip Fee - this covers our techs time driving to your property and diagnosing your appliance Labor Rate Varies based on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Home Owners: we try to trouble shoot prior to our arrival so we bring the right parts, based on your symptoms, make, model and serial number, diagnosis is due at the time of visit. Landlords: same as home owners first contact we do charge c.o.d., after that we are able to bill, and discount rate based on volume
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Refrigeration, electrical, factory training on most major brands, our techs are qualified on lower and higher end appliance manufactures, our technicians have years of field and shop experience.
