- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
l am to be fair and reasonable with pricing as much as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I consult with my customers on the phone and in person and discuss what they would like to accomplish. I listen to them and then present them with potential options and I offer them ideas and resources, then provide an estimate in writing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always learning and growing in order to further develop my skills and discover better ways to do things. I have had excellent mentors that have helped me to improve over the last 35 years.
