The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable on his craft and when a problem was discovered he offered his professional opinion on how to fix it and have more efficient distribution of heat/cold . Also, pictures were provided of before and after the cleaning.

Tech was friendly. They came on a day when snow was starting and while I appreciated the commitment to doing the job, the tech didn’t have hoses long enough to work properly given that we live on a tight city street with inconvenient parking, so the job felt somewhat rushed and not thorough.
