Dylan was very professional and knowledgeable when he came out for the initial estimate. The quoted price was right in line with other quotes and what other neighbors had paid for similar work. He helpfully explained the differences between his quote and other provides. Scheduling was easy and very fast. The work crew arrived on time for both days of the job and were also knowledgeable and considerate. They finished the job sooner than expected and cleaned up the interior area very well. I would recommend this company others in the area who need their crawlspace assessed.

I was referred to Better Basements by my realtor following a pipe break in my crawl space. Dylan was responsive and helpful and provided a quote very quickly. Because there was standing water, time was of the essence, and we were able to get on their schedule quickly.The team was professional and helpful, as well as considerate of the fact that we had 2 escape artist cats and a senior dog who would gladly escape on an adventure given the chance. During cleanup they protected my floors and walls leading into the crawl space and cleaned up completely after.Finally, in a high integrity move, the team found that the original quote called for measures that weren't needed and I was given an updated quote that saved me money. That kind of move goes a long way in building loyalty and I'd quickly/happily recommend the Better Basements team or work with them again if needed.

They did a great job and completed the job in a timely manner. I was working from home and they were respectful of that and kept unnecessary noise down to a minimum. Their prices were very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes we received. Would recommend.
