Ivan was super helpful and quick to show up when we had no heat and needed a new furnace within a few hours to get a same day quote. I called trying to schedule repair for the heating system that wasn't working., After calling my regular heating company. Who had told me 2 and a half weeks before they could come out. When I happened to call whirlwind heating. I explained that this was a 94 yr old lady and that the house was getting really chilly. The young man said he would rearrange his schedule and be there that afternoon. He arrived at the time he'd said and had text prior to his arrival. He proceeded to find the problem, get the parts, and fixed the issue in about 3 hours. He impressed us with his abilities and professional knowledge. His customer service was impeccable right down to removing his boots before entering the house. I now have a new dependable heating service. And am happy to recommend him to anyone willing to listen. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer will call us, we come out and give them an estimate. From then on, we will send over 3 different estimates. Customer could either decline or approve all from there email.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get at least 3 quotes when getting any type of work done, some companies will provide more or better services for the scope of work.
