Ivan was super helpful and quick to show up when we had no heat and needed a new furnace within a few hours to get a same day quote. It was a painless installation. They showed up at the expected time, asked for access to the HVAC closet , and started the installation. Five hours later, they were done testing and turned it over to me. Painless and easy-peasy.

Ivan was awesome, sent a message and arrived early. Immediately diagnosed the problem and offered options. Im waiting for estimates on other work but he quickly installed a new wifi thermostat and got the heat up and running.Im looking forward to seeing the estimate and using Whirlwind services againthey know theyre stuff and are very efficient!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer will call us, we come out and give them an estimate. From then on, we will send over 3 different estimates. Customer could either decline or approve all from there email.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get at least 3 quotes when getting any type of work done, some companies will provide more or better services for the scope of work.
