Ivan was super helpful and quick to show up when we had no heat and needed a new furnace within a few hours to get a same day quote. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer will call us, we come out and give them an estimate. From then on, we will send over 3 different estimates. Customer could either decline or approve all from there email.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get at least 3 quotes when getting any type of work done, some companies will provide more or better services for the scope of work.
