- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by meeting the customer in person to go over the full scope of work and walk them through exactly what I’ll be doing and how — so there are no surprises. Here’s an example using a roof wash: 1. Clean the gutters by hand to remove any buildup 2. Blow off debris from the roof and gutters using a leaf blower 3. Water all nearby plants and grass to protect them from any solution overspray 4. Bag the downspouts to contain any solution runoff 5. Apply the treatment solution to the roof 6. Let the solution dwell, then water the plants and grass again 7. Rinse the roof thoroughly and inspect for any spots needing extra treatment — re-treating as needed 8. Final plant/grass watering once the roof is fully rinsed 9. Clean up all equipment and materials 10. Notify the customer the job is complete 11. Send before and after photos so the customer can see the full results Every job is done with care for the property — not just the surface being cleaned.
