Oh my goodness! Scotty's did a fantastic job. I could not be happier. They cleaned EVERYTHING! I was so impressed. Scotty and his son Brian were incredibly helpful...not only did they do a great job in cleaning the house...they went out of their way to keep me informed through pictures via email since I live in Montana. They went more than the extra mile to make sure this job was done completely, and they were gracious and patient with this challenging job (rental move out after three years of college students!) - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a very simple pricing system, we charge by the hour. The reason we do this is that on a contract, businesses do not get their monies worth at the end of the month because once it is clean, it does not take that much time to keep it clean
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Make sure that the company is licenced,insured and bonded! Make sure that he has the manpower and proper tools to do the job right and on time.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?The most important thing that i want the customer to know is that we are old school and give the customer 110% each and every time.
