Carl replaced my 24 year old furnace and air conditioner. They still worked but couldn't keep the house cool and the heat took forever to raise the temp. Carl recommended a bigger unit which was the right decision. He was always prompt in the morning and worked at an effective pace. We encountered some problems and Carl found the right solution.
