He was so easy to work with and did excellent work. When I asked for something different than what he had expected, mainly my own poor communication skills, he was professional and found a solution. Chris replaced the plywood board that was rotting from water damage located behind a small brick wall. He made sure to see if there was additional damage that may have been hidden. Chris is very professional, courteous, and did a great job removing the brick and setting it up again. He also added a water protection barrier that should have been there previously and wasn't.
