The app let me book an appointment on Saturday night and EKR was able to come Monday morning for a service call, then Tuesday morning to do the work. Had 3 outside drains clogged they fixed with ease. The best part besides fixing the issue was how quick they were able to come out and punctual they were.

EKR responded promptly to my work request for an outdoor spigot/faucet. They showed up the same day and I had a formal estimate by the end of the day. The next day, 2 Technicians started immediately and finished that same day. They even added a shutoff valve for winter time and replaced another. The price was very fair for the work compared to some estimates from other companies and I would definitely hire again for any issues with plumbing again. Amazing job.

Very happy with my experience with EKR. There was some confusion on my end with coordinating times with my tenant. Ryan worked with me and was able to get the job done quickly. He fixed a broken pipe under the bathroom sink and installed a new diverter in the shower. Pricing was reasonable. I would definitely hire again.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our 2 main technicians have a combined 15+ years in the field and 10+ of those are in residential service. Trained by some of the best plumbers in the city, our techs are capable of solving any plumbing issue.
