He didn't charge for a replacement part if that part didn't fix the issue, and checked in with me to see how the appliance was performing. He was very professional and genuinely nice. Ant was very professional. He assessed the washer and was very honest in reporting that it wasn’t financially wise to repair the issue as it would cost almost the same as a new washer. I would certainly hire him again if the need arise.
