Tom efficiently repaired my thermostat by ordering the necessary part and completing the repair just a few days after its arrival. His pricing was fair, particularly given the nature of the HVAC issue. The thermostat is now working correctly; however, it may need a new system in the future, which does not reflect on Tom’s workmanship. He is an excellent individual and possesses extensive knowledge in his field.
