⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars for KlasikFit! I've been working out with Lauren (and sometimes Jyl!) with KlasikFit for about 3 months now. Yes, working with a trainer is a financial investment, but this has been one of the best decisions for my health I've made in my life, so for me, it's been something I'm willing to re-purchase each month. The team is incredibly nice, supportive, knowledgeable, and flexible. The process starts with a consultation and basic assessment so you can see where you're currently at. From there they create workouts for you and your body that push you, but also are not so impossible that you want to give up. They are easily able to offer great modifications for exercises that you're not ready for yet and there is NEVER any judgement. Aside from your specific workouts, they also offer a lot of other engaging challenges to help you focus on your health from home as well. This month they've offered free virtual sessions for their clients as well as a BINGO board challenge that pushes you to try and hit a certain amount of steps, meet a personal goal, workout from home, and more! They also create "5 days of programming" each week that can be done at home as well (with friends and family if you want!) to give you even more options to keep moving. Joining KlasikFit has helped me to take control of my health during a time that a lot of my life is out of my control. They are helping me reach my fitness goals and I am incredibly proud to be part of this growing family!Jan 17, 2021Verified

Lauren Klasik Fitness Is a great company I have absolutely nothing negative to say about! They are very professional, personable and quick with responses when I have any questions. Everyone I have talked to and meant with has been nothing but a joy to work with in helping me with my fitness journey as a person with heart issues. They are 5 stars in my book and I recommend them to anyone looking for a personal training service.Nov 27, 2020Verified

I had a really great and easy experience getting set up with Klasik training. The team is very warm, welcoming, and great at communicating! I felt very listened to when doing the initial set up with them. Their adaptibility to shape the lessons around my interests was very nice. I also liked how many options in how I could get training there were.Jan 12, 2021Verified
