PC Support Doctor

With over 30 years in IT, I’ve built a career on curiosity, hands‑on problem solving, and a genuine love for helping people. I started out fixing computers and tinkering with electronics, which led me into multimedia development during the early digital boom. From there, I spent 14 years at Johnson & Johnson Pharma, supporting end‑user environments and partnering closely with R&D labs to keep critical systems running smoothly. Most recently, I served as the Global Print IT Lead at Kenvue, guiding enterprise print operations and modernizing workflows across the organization. I’m now channeling all of that experience into PC Support Doctor, my new venture focused on helping people solve every day tech issues with clarity, patience, and real expertise. It’s a return to the roots of what sparked my career — fixing computers, understanding how things work, and making technology feel simple and approachable. No matter the role, the core has stayed the same: I’m driven by the challenge of making technology work better for people — whether that’s troubleshooting a stubborn machine, optimizing a workflow, or diving into the guts of a device just to understand how it ticks.
