- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complicated pricing. Just a firm handshake and a price you can afford. Everyone has a budget we work with it. We are not trying to get rich or we would have chose are different line of work. We just want to provide for our families while helping people and having the luxury of working for ourselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and build trust. We treat everyone like family. If you only knew how many friends we made doing this.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learn something new everyday. Surprisingly from customers and veterans of this field. I have not missed a seminar or tutorial then he relay The information to the rest of the crew. Also when we realize someone is undertrained because of a rare and I mean rare complaint I jump on the opportunity to retain. So I love feed back even if it's hard to hear sometimes it helps us to grow as a company to be more efficient and better at our craft.
