Our pricing is transparent and fair. We provide an upfront estimate before starting any work, so there are no surprises. Rates may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Discounts may be available for repeat clients or multiple services scheduled at the same time. Travel or diagnostic fees, if applicable, are disclosed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start by asking a few questions about the electrical issue or project to understand your needs. We then schedule a convenient appointment. On-site, we assess the situation, explain the problem, and provide a clear estimate before any work begins. Once approved, we complete the work safely, efficiently, and to code. After the job is finished, we review the work with the customer and ensure everything is functioning properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry, gaining knowledge across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. My training comes from real-world work, ongoing learning, and staying up to date with electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
