So happy that I finally found someone to help me with my large yard! Because of all the recent rain and storms we’ve had, my yard had gotten completely out of control. I had called several contractors who had not given me any good answers. Everybody was so expensive. I wasn’t able to afford them so when I found Devon, I was skeptical as to whether he was gonna be able to help. Devon came out in a couple of hours after I spoke to him. We looked over my property discussed all the things that needed done and the timeline that I would like to have them finished. We agreed on a very reasonable program and discussed when we would be able to start . By the time that Devon left I knew exactly when he would be here and what we were going to do first and how we were going to proceed. His prices were almost half of what anybody else had quoted me. He was very professional, friendly and eager to help, in fact, when he arrived, I was struggling to put a new belt on my tractor . He volunteered to put it on for me.. had it on in just a few minutes.. saved me a lot of time and aggravation and didn’t even charge me! Can’t say enough good things about this young man! Call him, I think you’ll be glad you did!

I’m very happy with the quality of work and his responsiveness. He was quick to get the appointment scheduled and worked until the job was completed. He meet with me before leaving to ensure that the lawn was to my standards before leaving. We are by some huge trees and the leaves were horrible. Overall we were very happy with the service, and will be booking again soon.

Really good experience working with DeVaughn at the Royal Diamond Project. He was super responsive with texts/calls, and professional and punctual. His pricing was fair and he worked HARD the entire time (job was significant leaf removal), even coming back a second day and bringing additional help. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to be on site first before I can negotiate the best price because sometimes you can tell me something it could be totally different
How did you get started doing this type of work?
That's a great question. I started out being in healthcare for 10 years, and I had an idea to be more creative and help people outside the healthcare field. I was interested in being a solo entrepreneur and expanding from that. I started with Residential cleaning in 2023. I started studying more about the residential and commercial cleaning. Imperfecting the quality of cleaning is very important to me. Then I took it the next step further, I want it to start networking with other contractors to learn how to be a lawn care and Landscaping provider. To start creating a One-Stop shop for customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
as a customer day she always be honest and give us detailed things that we need to know and pictures so we can best help them before we get there
