Saida and another member on her team came in and kicked my dirty house's butt!! I honestly didn't think my house was all that dirty until they left. The difference from before and after was ridiculous, and I pride myself on being a decently clean person who keeps up on the cleanliness of my home. But wow... not like this. I wish I had taken before pictures. Nothing was left untouched. Everything, even my appliances in my kitchen, were scrubbed and the silver in my bathrooms has never been so shiny. There is a slight language barrier, but with the help of Alexa and some patience it was no issue. They were polite, professional, and I'll definitely be having them back!

The language barrier was hard, but I managed to text English to Spanish effectively(so I thought). My house smelled amazing and she took time to move everything to clean the whole floors. One thing is we agreed on washing the walls as she said that it is a part of her basic cleaning, but the walls weren't done. I did speak to her about it and the response was your house was more dusty than she thought. Which I knew, but I allowed her to see my house days before, so she saw the job beforehand. I would hire her again, just really need to push what needs to be done exactly before starting. The language is what I believe hurt the job some. Overall good job.
