- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I Charge $75/hr for typical handyman services but if the job takes an hour or less I charge a minimum of $100. For certain jobs that require me to leave and come back another day I will provide an estimate for the work before starting. For more complicated work I will provide an estimate beforehand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do is greet my customer and let them know my soonest availability in case they need the work done asap. Next if I feel that there is more to discuss about the job, I will ask questions. Once all details are confirmed we will get a date and time scheduled for the work to be done. Then the day of the work, I will give a heads up call when I am on the way to the location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of experience installing shower door glass. In that time I have been in countless new build homes and am familiar with just about every step of building a home. I’ve also been a proud diy and have renovated many parts of my own home.
