I will be the first to say awesome service and he saved me so much headache and money. I was on vacation in OC MD and dropped my phone and cracked the whole screen. FYI no apple store or At&t store. Get home to find out that it may cost me between $200-$400 to either fix or replace. Thank god the guy from the AT&T store hooked me up with mobile genius. Phone was fixed in less then ten minutes for less then $80. Thank god. Thanks again sent a friend from NY and gave your card to a bunch of my friends. Screw Apple!!!!

Within 48 hours, my ipad 2 received a makeover with a new screen and, without a doubt, a new life. Sales person was courteous, knowledgeable and quite accommodating. Why spend hours waiting in line for disgruntled Apple "geniuses" and get over-charged for the same service? Highly recommend MobileGenius.

I live local and dealt with Josh and his staff multiple times when cracked my screen (good as new) or went in to ask about my old iPhone and iPod They all do great work and the name fits it very well if you have a problem with your Apple equipment it's "Genius " to take it to Mobile Genius

I took my ipad air with broken screen, screen got replaced and it looks brand new now. Excellent service, Repair done on and got the ipad in time less than 48 hours. Definitely recommend these guys.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We research our industry constantly. We provide an entire training day before new devices hit the market. All of our employees breath iOS devices!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common repair is broken glass touchscreens. This results in a majority of our business, followed by charging ports and water damage. We also service a large portion of businesses and schools within the Lehigh Valley.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We always want to do what's best for the customer. If your device isn't worth repairing we will absolutely let you know. When looking for a repair shop you truely get what you pay for in this industry. 2012 was the year "of iPhone Repair" and everyone decided if they could watch a YouTube video then they could repair phones. Always ask about any warranty included, if they either don't have a warranty or their warranty is 6 months or less then this is a red flag. You always want to insure the parts installed are covered. Ask what type of parts are installed. Authentic parts are highest quality and are not the same as OEM parts which are third party manufactured.
