- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We research our industry constantly. We provide an entire training day before new devices hit the market. All of our employees breath iOS devices!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common repair is broken glass touchscreens. This results in a majority of our business, followed by charging ports and water damage. We also service a large portion of businesses and schools within the Lehigh Valley.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We always want to do what's best for the customer. If your device isn't worth repairing we will absolutely let you know. When looking for a repair shop you truely get what you pay for in this industry. 2012 was the year "of iPhone Repair" and everyone decided if they could watch a YouTube video then they could repair phones. Always ask about any warranty included, if they either don't have a warranty or their warranty is 6 months or less then this is a red flag. You always want to insure the parts installed are covered. Ask what type of parts are installed. Authentic parts are highest quality and are not the same as OEM parts which are third party manufactured.
