FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really depends on the type of coaching and the level of support I need to provide you. The cost will be less if there isn't too much prep work for me in between sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet or talk on the phone and have a no-charge conversation about the issue(s) you are facing. I often offer general suggestions and a recommendation for how I can help if you decide to work with me. I will then quote pricing for different options. No decision needs to be made at that time, and there is zero pressure. Coaching needs to be a mutual fit, so there is no harm at all if we do not move forward with a program. I'll be glad to meet you at least!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a Certified Professional Coaching program with FWI Institute of Professional Coaching in 2009. Besides this, I have nearly twenty years of experience working as a senior engineer and manager at a Fortune 500 company.
