They fixed my pool. I’d love to recommend based on the quality of the work. The crew was courteous. There were delays possibly due to weather but maybe a bit in excess. I just think the scheduling estimates they provide are a bit aspirational. I’d book again with the firm expectation that the project could finish much later because they are short-staffed. I feel bad because they did try hard to get the work done but possibly staffing is not in line with their volume of bookings. That also reflects again on the work quality because it is excellent. It just could have been more clearly communicated and scheduling more streamlined.

I have dealt with many contractors over my lifetime but I have to say that Beth outshines them all. She is not only dedicated to her work, but she is also dedicated to the quality of her work. She’s a very hard worker I would recommend Beth to anyone that needs pool repair or maintenance. She works all hours of the day. She’s a true energizer bunny, and I thank her for all the effort she put into satisfying my request.

Hot tub still not fixed after several thousand dollars. Hot tub left completely disassembled and never returned to replace parts she took off. Charges by the hour and takes significantly longer than what seems to be industry standard by other local repair companies.

Hired to open, close and do weekly maintenance. It took her a month to open my pool, which was basically clear when the cover had been removed other then a lot of worms and leaves on the bottom. The men she has working for her were really kind and sweet. After three weeks it was time to set up the filter, I believe it was done incorrectly so all of the DE went back into the pool on the floor. Beth came out the next day to see the issue, said the pump was correctly set up and she would get me pricing for new guts for the filter. I took it upon myself to contact my previous pool
Company which said that was not the case, they came out and fixed the issue in 15 min. So I asked when could she come out to have the guys remedy the issue (clean the pool) so it could be used. I saw where this was going so I ordered a $800 robot and it took me four days to undo the DE issue that her team created, but pool was cleared. She had pushed me back and then no called and no showed…….I canceled my remaining contract and said I wanted to pay for the opening and three trips made, but please cancel me for the rest of the year and refund my balance. I sent numerous requests to her, and have now sought legal counsel. Do yourself a favor and favor and research even on the BBB, so this does not happen to you!
