What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are a flat rate of $45 per hour for 1-on-1 sessions. This includes customized learning support that is unique to the client’s goals and abilities. I also offer group rates for people who want to learn with family members or friends. These sessions are $30 per learner.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a free Zoom meeting to get to know my clients. We will spend 30-50 minutes introducing ourselves and discussing the client’s individual learning goals. If we both feel that my services are a good fit, I will send a client contract agreement, which includes details such as payment methods, scheduling, and cancellation policies. Once the client submits the contract, I will develop a learning plan and we will begin meeting regularly.

I have a TESOL certification and over seven years experience teaching English as a second language.
