- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Handy-man services start at $350.00 and covers the first 5 hours. Each additional hour is billed at $60/hrs. Clock starts upon arrival to job site. Other more involved projects are competitively priced and an estimate in writing will be provided after a meet and greet with a walk thru to thoroughly understand customer expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers for handy-man services (smaller jobs) can ********************************************. Pictures and extra details help to understand scope of work. Meet and greet can be same day as services are provided. For more complex jobs meet and greet will be prior to services provided during the on site walk thru.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have gone to school for home remodeling which covers old and new construction from start to finish, general contracting as well as an all around understanding of building technology and repairs and additions. I have been a handyman all my life and my crew has similar experience as well.
