This is a late but necessary review:
Handi Boyz LLC did a fantastic job installing my new gutters. They have systems in place that provide constant communication and reminders of the upcoming services. Before they started working on my home, they knocked on the door to confirm what was discussed once I agreed. The work began! Nonstop! They are very professional they take pride in their work. Their prices were very competitive, but the personal engagement was second to none. Fast forward to current. I thought my gutters were leaking because I saw water running off the roof, Handi Boyz asked a few questions and then scheduled to have someone come out. Needlessto say, the gutters were not the problem. I climbed on a ladder, and there was a clog from damaged shingles. If you want stress free quality service, there's one name you need!!

The work they did was overall good but I have three concerns. My first concern was that it would have been helpful as a professional to take photos of the finished work or even one or two photos as they were working on the downspout so the customer could see some of the work from a perspective that she would not be able to see. No customer is going to climb up on top of the house to see the completed work so photos would have been helpful. It would have been an opportunity for the workers to show off the value and integrity of their work.
Secondly, there was no paperwork involved showing a written guarantee. One of the gentlemen said if there's any trouble, just call, and they would come back and fix it, no charge. I believe that but it would have been helpful and professional to have paperwork in writing with their signature and my signature for proof so there would be no difficulty if, in fact, there is trouble down the road. As I voiced to the workers, a broken downspout can act like a missile and, in fact, it did. My broken downspout fly off my house and ended up on my neighbor's property at a point where my neighbor's home could have sustained broken window damage which was very close to having happened. My only other concern was that there was a dent in a section of the downspout that I know one of the workers saw. I am presuming that the dent was sustained when it flew against my neighbor's house. I saw when they replaced the downspout I continued to see that dent so that made me think that there may not have been any or inadequate effort to repair the dent before reinstalling the downspout. Maybe they did try to get the den out but he did not mention anything about it and all I saw was the dent still there even after the downspout had been reattached to my home. Other than that, the workers were pleasant and punctual. They were also quick to do their work. They appreciated the very hefty tip that I gave to them.
