- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is something we take pride in when it comes to our industry. We offer fair pricing on our projects that doesn't variate from town to town nor does it spike during our busy seasons. We are always flexible to help the needs of the customer but our intent isn't to start high and work you down like many companies with hired hard salesmen tend to do. We do offer a 5% discount on all of your jobs for cash payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to contact the customer and have a brief phone conversation detailing the predicament they are experiencing. From there, if we believe it's something we can help solve, we set up a free consultation home visit with the customer to have either Rob or Tyler out to diagnose the issue. We discuss in detail our product and how we intend to stop water infiltration and then within a few days we e-mail out a work order/contract to be reviewed by the customer, typically with a diagram showing the scope of the work if it's anything beyond a basic system and pump install. We do not ask for a down payment, only a signature on the contract e-mail or mailed back to us and we ask for payment upon completion. Our work comes with a lifetime and transferable warranty on the process. If at any point water enters where we installed our drainage system, we will return to remedy the issue until it is perfected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our industry does not require any form of apprenticeships or certifications pertaining to actual basement drainage. For this reason, it is most important to rely on a company that has a long term experience solving basement and yard drainage issues. Rob physically installed drainage systems and sump pumps for 30 years and Tyler did the same for 10 years and still works on repairs and sump pump installations. We now have a crew that has been with us for over 10 years and is responsible for all of our work in that time frame. Our experience is time tested and our knowledge is second to none.
