While all the work was not completed on the first visit, due to miscommunication via an app (no pics on my side) I would say Dale Management is one of the most professional Thumb Tack hires I have had. I look forward to having them come back and complete additional tasks. This is not the case with other pros I have used in Beaver County. Just because someone has a good rating it does not mean they are capable or committed to completing do high quality work.

Excellent! Marv came today to install a humidifier. He was on time. He installed it patiently. He was very sincere, honest and very thorough. He gave a detailed description of the job, got the parts himself and cleaned up after. Would love to work with Marv again and again! He gave a detailed receipt later on, explaining the work done. Rare find! Give him a try!

The work was done “correctly”. However, after paying $2500 my criticisms were met with tone I did not appreciate. He seemed confident and since I am not a contractor I believed it. It is MY home and I should be happy with the work. I ended up disappointed.
