In my experience not many cleaning people take pride in their work and just hurry and are not thorough. Nicole got everything in my bathrooms clean without telling her. They shined. I was so happy. She did an excellent job on my refrigerator and stove. She spot cleaned carpets. I would recommend her very highly!

I’ve never had anyone or cleaning service take such time, attention and care to my home than Nikki. Nikki was the first to respond to my request for cleaning and scheduled a home visit. She was punctual and professionally dressed. We discussed products and her techniques and set up for the first cleaning. I asked for a deep clean on our home. Nikki came the scheduled day and I can’t tell you how impressed and wowed I was with her. She even brought a secondary pair of shoes for inside cleaning. Nikki’s eye for detail cleaning is amazing. I mean amazing. Our house looks brand new. The hard wood floors are so clean and have a beautiful “warm” look when the sun hits it. The wood furniture in all of our rooms has such a beautiful warm glow. Every room literally shines. Our granite counters look like a glass top. The stainless steel, so polished. Couches, baseboards, corners, everything... clean. I would probably be considered a tough person to clean for. I’ve had many cleaning services and private cleaning over the years and I’ve never been completely satisfied. I don’t try, but my eyes go right to the “missed” sections. It’s day three and I’m still noticing the care and time put into my home by Nikki. If you’re searching for someone trustworthy, kind, honest, hardworking, pleasant, professional, and has a wealth of knowledge in her profession then Nikki is who you want. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them first to see what they are looking to have done, then set up a day/time to meet the customer and do a walk through of their home. After that I can give a better estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Background is a medical biller but started cleaning for another company & just loved it so changed my line of work
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’m a mom of 4 so all I do is clean! But when I tried cleaning for someone else I realized how much I really enjoyed it. It gives me a sense of accomplishment when I can see something that’s dirty & make it look clean & new again. My grandmother used to clean houses all her life also.
