Worst interaction possible! Not once did they come when scheduled. Multiple times, they failed to show up. They never called to say they were not coming, so I wasted many hours stuck at home waiting when I could have been doing something else. When they did show there were problems with their work. The owner came out to inspect the problems (a week late, of course!) but was more concerned with making excuses--and blaming me!--than he was with fixing anything.
