Introduction

DSA has the top Ballroom and Latin instructors and choreographers in the whole Philadelphia area. We offer private and group lessons for beginner to advanced dancers. We have programs for adults, children and teens, as well as, wedding couples and competitive dancers. Our studio was named the best dance studio of the Main Line and Western Suburbs and has been operating for more than 20 years. We are passionate about everything we do and we transfer our knowledge and desire to dance to others! We have special offers for wedding couples and their families to make their big day and their first dance the one of a kind, unforgettable experience .

The lessons with Scott was more than what we were looking for. Scott not only got us ready for our event but also encouraged us to continue dancing. Taking lesson at Dancesport has been a great experience!

We offer discounts on dance lesson packages. Periodically, we have sales on private and group dance lessons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love everyone who comes to our studio and has a desire to learn how to dance and join a wonderful world of Ballroom and Latin Dance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Scott Lazarov, the owner of the studio, was trained and certified in Arthur Murray's and has earned finalist placement in every major competition, including the World Salsa and Mambo Championships. A four-time US and World Pro-Am Champion, Lazarov was also named champion of the US Salsa, Rising Star, and Grand National competitions. He has appeared on the cover of Philadelphia magazine, performed at the Academy of Music, and was featured on the PBS programs, American Ballroom Challenge. At DanceSport, Scott is joined by a team of award-winning competitors, teachers, and coaches. He is also an Organizer for the Carolina Ballroom Challenge Dancesport Competition .
