- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You have two issues - the most important is how do I resolve my color problem. All wood issues have to do with color. A scratch is a difference in color. Dogstains are a difference in color. Fading is a difference in color. If you don't resolve your color problem, you won't resolve your flooring problem. The next issue is the finish. Is it urethane or not? If it is not urethane, you will be refinishing your floor within the year. We use the same urethane Brunswick uses on their bowling alleys, but you can get it in satin, semi-gloss, and gloss. These are the 2 most critical issues you have to resolve.
