Your Computer Resolution

Introduction: I am responsible for the troubleshooting of hardware and software at residential and commercial settings. Joanne also performed network installations and developed their respective architecture, OS upgrades, migrations and backups to name a few. In addition she helped with scheduling and various other duties. I had no easy tasks, but performed them all competently with commitment and enthusiasm. I have demonstrated the ability to resolve computer issues, recommend new technology, and meet tight deadlines. Her computer troubleshooting skill set has led to minimum downtime and happy clients. I also helped build a customer base in excess of 1200 clients, one smile at a time. Strong interpersonal and communication skills have allowed me to develop good working relationships with both colleagues and management during any work period.
