- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system for our services. There are also price ranges for various treatments. Price all depends on what category the pest problem falls into. For example ants,mice and cockroaches are considered general pest services. Bed bugs,termites and bee hive removal would be viewed as specialty services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What we like to do in order to better serve our customers is schedule a inspection first. Free inspections allow us to gather information and plan the best method in moving forward for each individual customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education includes the AIB ( American Institute of Baking) certification , Commercial Pesticide Applicators Certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture- Health & Safety Division and over 15 years experience working for three of the largest national pest management firms in the U.S.
