What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer three various packages, but often build custom packages based on our client's event. We also offer "Dry Hire" services which includes the bartender and basic equipment only.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a brief intro call to gather as much information for the Service Estimate as possible. Then if both parties agree, we finalize some paperwork and then begin planning!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Emily and Lexi are RAMP Certified Bartenders with over 12 years of bartending experience.
