Coach Missy is amazingly educated on health and training! She goes out if her way to find an answer for your condition medical or physical. She then became a trusted friend! She is faith based which was an added bonus! She tskes a personal interest in all her clients! Admire the mother, friend, wife, trainer, coach and dear friend!!!!!

Missy actually cares about all of her clients, which you don't always find these days - trust me, I've been with my share of trainers. She always keeps the workouts fresh, mixing the moves up and keeping your interest peaked.
