- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact. We will discuss the job in thorough detail and answer any questions you may have. 2. Consult and Assess. I will visit the property or review photos to see the work needed. 3. Provide a FREE estimate. I will give a clear, up-front quote with no hidden fees. 4. Agreement and Payment. Once the job has been understood thoroughly, we will sign an agreement detailing the job to ensure you receive the quality of work you deserve. Upon agreement signing, payment will be collected for the job and materials needed. 5. Schedule the job. We will pick a time and date that best suits your schedule! 6. Perform work. I will arrive on time as discussed, perform the job efficiently and safely. 7. Final walkthrough. The customer inspects the job and adjustments are made as needed. 8. Feedback. 25 years of experience. I started out young, helping my father do this line of work and just grew up helping others do it as well.
