Richard arrived promptly and checked in with me throughout the process. I had him look into damage from the recent windstorm and the overall condition of the roof. He examined everything and gave me a dollar figure that we worked with. He found some things that did not surprise me (the need for a coat of Tinner's Red) on the box gutters. He also repaired cracks and gaps around the windows, the flat rubber roof and roof trim. He brought his crew on the second day to help with the gutter painting. At the end, we settled up with an invoice online, I agreed to be a referral for him to some other nearby homes with similar roof issues. Before he left, I identified some projects, smaller ones, that I will need done in a few months. All costs were made clear and he saved me money where possible, without affecting the quality of work.

Did a great job, punctual, kind of pricey. Hung cabinets and towel bars in laundry and bathrooms, removed old mailbox and installed new one, Hung ceiling lights but forgot to shorten the chain on the dining room chandelier.
