We had these guys resurface our porch in late 2023. While the end result looked fine a the time, by the following spring large parts of the resurfaced areas were crumbling and peeling off. We made multiple attempts over a year asking them to address it. The requests were sometimes ignored, sometimes we were told they would get back to us, and sometimes they even scheduled to come address it only to cancel at the last minute or be a no-show. After paying thousands of dollars for the resurfacing, we are left with a crumbling mess that they have so far refused to fix.
