  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get at least 3 estimates and ask questions. Make sure everything involved in your project is included in your estimate. Don't get caught paying for "extras" that should have been part of the original estimate.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Hiring out of state "storm chasers" really hurts not only the local contractors but also local suppliers, insurance and ad agencies etc. When these "storm chasers" leave they take three or more years of work with them.
