My Inspection Services Home Inspection: A home is probably the biggest purchase you’ll ever make, so it’s important to understand the condition of your investment. I’ll provide a non-invasive evaluation of the home’s accessible structure, systems and components. While a home inspection can’t reveal every concern that exists, it will significantly reduce your anxiety by arming you with the knowledge you need to make an informed home-buying decision. Wood-Destroying (Termite): Wood-destroying insects can cause serious damage to the wooden structural components of a house. They can hide and go undetected for a long time, but there are many telltale signs for different species that indicate their presence. I’ll inspect your home for evidence of infestation now before it becomes an expensive problem later. Radon Gas Testing: Although radon is a naturally occurring gas in our environment, it's also the second leading cause of lung cancer deaths in the U.S., according to the Surgeon General. One out of 15 homes is estimated to have dangerously elevated radon levels. The Surgeon General and the Environmental Protection Agency recommend testing all houses. Millions of Americans have had their homes tested for radon, and you should, too. Sewer Camera Inspection: Our video inspection technology is incredibly valuable to homeowners and home buyers. We can very easily assess the health of a home, apartment, or business's sewer system. Make our video inspection service a part of your home inspection. I Use Infrared At Every Inspection. I SEE THINGS THAT OTHER INSPECTORS CAN'T. MY PROMISE TO YOU Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won't meet me until our appointment. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. Ultimately, a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This, I promise you.

We were looking to get new bamboo hardwood floors installed in a house we just purchased. We slected a stranded bamboo floor we found at lowe's . An installer came out from Lowe's and measured our floors and gave us an installation price. Their price was very expensive, so we decided to find an installer on our own. We found Jason and he came out to give us an estimate. He measured and we discussed the project. I showed him samples of the floor were getting from Lowe's and he said he was familiar with the type and brand of flooring. I told him what Lowe's was charging us cor the flooring and he said he could get the same flooring and brand for a lot less. A $1.35 a square foot less to be exact. Well we cancled our order wilt lowes and ordered our flooring through the place Jason suggested and we saved over $800. The flooring came in within a week. Jason installed it the following week he did an excellent jod on the install. His installation price fair. We also had him redo all baseboard new and he did a fine job on that also. If you are in need of a flooring guy Jason is you man.

We had a water leak and water poured out of the ceiling on to our floors while we were at work. After the floor dried the floor the wood cup a bit and the finis started to come off. We had a few companies tell us that the floor was done and need to be replaced. They seemed like thebjust waned to sellmus expensive new flooring. Jason came and looked at our floors and he assured us they were not damaged beyond repair. He sail the cuping could be sanded out and the floor could be refinished. He was totally right. The floor look perfect now. Bette than I could have hoped for. Awsome job and a very fair price. Way better than repalcing. I would recommend consulting jason on you flooring projects.

I had several bids to have my hardwood floors sanded and refinished. I went with A1 Pro because his bid was affordable and I felt confident that he had the technical skills and the quality of dustless sanding equipment needed for the project. After I returned to the home several days later after the final finish was applied, I saw very straight, thin, parallel dark lines in one area just inside of the front door. When I emailed Jason about it he did not react professionally. Instead of claiming that they could have been caused by carpet tack strip (which was impossible given that I removed all the tack strip from the baseboard perimeter only) he should have immediately volunteered to come out and take a look. There were other signs of unprofessionalism. He arrived early, which was fine, however, he should not have approached my open door until the agreed time. He gave off the vibe that made me wonder if he was "having a bad day". He was in such a hurry. He also promised to call at day's end to let me know how far he had gotten. He did not call. I called him, and given that vibe he gave off earlier, I thought I should stop by and check the house. He had left my front door unlocked. When I called and brought it to his attn., he did not apologize, simply said that he thought he had locked it. Another thing he should have done is call me after sanding was done to tell me that the areas where paint was stripped around the perimeter would not match once finished. He chose to tell me this after putting on the first coat, which I found out when I called him - instead of him calling me as promised. He then claimed that attempting to stain pine was too tricky to attempt. That was his opinion but he could have told me that at the proper time. Several contractors subsequently told me that they would have immediately come back and fixed such a problem and all told me that the only way to fix the problem was to resand and finish. Jason was not professional enough to be accountable in this way. The contractor who looked at it said that he should have fixed this whether or not the scratches were pre-existing, particularly because they were in a very prominent area by the front door, and that he thought (Jason) should have been more aggressive in sanding the darker areas of the floor overall. All of the other contractors that gave bids were also willing to put up protective sheathing, even with powerful dustless sanding equipment - if I wanted it. Yes, a greater cost, but in order to satisfy the customer. I had to put up containment sheathing myself. I chose him under these circumstances, but it just shows that he is inflexible. Even if a contractor is very skilled, something can go wrong, and you want them to be professional in seeing that your assets have been treated right and your money well spent.

Jason rescued my floors! I originally hired a local contractor I have work for me in the past. He said he has redone flors in the past. I should have known something was wrong in the beginning when he said he would need to rent the refinishing equipment. What conrtactor needs to rent tool anyway! So he showed up to sand the floorsand said he would be done later that day. When I came home from work 1 room was half sanded and he was gone. I called him to see what was going on. He stated there was a layer of glue on the floor and he can't remove it and he was not going to gome back and finish the job. So I called several so called pros and they all stated that it was carpet mastic and it can't be sanded off. Jason came in and said yes it is mastic but he can remove it and sand and refinish my floors. He delivered! He arrive and got to work. I came back several hours later to check on the progress. WOW. All the masitc was gone and he was almost finished sanding. He completed the whole process with the finish with in the agreed apon time and the the floors are beautiful beyond my expectations. Jason thank you for outstanding job!
