- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is not complicated at all. For tax preparation, I charge based on the forms. For bookkeeping and other accounting services, I charge per hour. My prices are very reasonable compared to other accounting firms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like meeting all potential clients to discuss their needs and how I can be of assistance. However, due to COVID, all meetings are now virtual.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a big advocate for continuing education. I passed all sections of the CPA exam and each year I take continuing education courses to remain up-to-date with changes in tax reporting & related topics.
