My name is Dean. I’m 19 and I am the owner of Breakaway Junk Removal. We are a group of highly motivated high school and college aged students. You may have seen us around last summer. We are home from school and back in business again! Our goal is to keep as much as we can out of the landfill through donation and recycling, while employing and empowering other kids our age to get out there and work hard!

The crew did a fantastic job removing a mound of dirt and concrete from our backyard. The overall volume was a massive 86,000 lbs. Although unconventional, they offered a cost-effective and creative solution to haul it all away using a skid steer and dumpster. Additionally, they got this job done in a weekend. Definitely recommend them for future jobs.

Russel and Q were truly the best. They took away huge rotten pieces of wood without batting an eye. So professional and excellent communication. Everything was quick and easy and the price was totally reasonable. Would highly recommend. They even have a lil thank you bag with coupons and a SNACK. So cute. Will definitely be using this business again.

The two men who took our junk away today from our basement and garage were amazing. There was a major amount of stuff accumulated over many years and they did not stop for one minute helping us to sort and toss the whole time. They were respectful and kind and excellent at their jobs. We would highly recommend this company for any of your junk removal and hauling needs!

River and Jack from Breakaway were awesome. They hauled away a full truckload of junk (not to mention having to maneuver their truck through the narrow, uphill roads of Roxborough!) They also took some furniture items and bags of clothing to drop off for donation, which was a huge plus. The pricing was straightforward, and their communication was excellent. I definitely recommend Breakaway and their services!
