Great Contractors did my finishbasement and they went above and beyond to give me and my wife a great experience. They answered all our questions and in the end they worked with us to give us a finishbasement my family can enjoy. They will be coming back to do our kitchen next.

The team has good people, but the work quality was an issue. I had them install 3 fans and 5 recessed lights. They had to cut the dry wall, run the wires and patch them back.
Holes were cut much larger than what was required. This was pointed out by Electrician.
Patching the cut holes was not done properly at all:
a) The spackling ruined the carpet, because they didn't cover the carpet while doing that. This has costed us because we tried get the carpet cleaned professionally and it didn't come off in most places. Now we're having to replace carpet in all the bedrooms
b)There are lumps of spackle on and around the patched holes. It's the case in most of the places that were opened. There are large bubbles in most places that were closed.
When I'm getting my place repainted, the painters are noticing that the chunks of dry spackle is falling off when they're trying to smoothen the lumps of dry spackle. That's making them re-spackle all the places that were closed.
I refrained from posting this till now, but having to deal with the after-affects of this work even after several months compelled me to write this review.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to senior citizens, veterans, and any individuals who follow our Facebook & Instagram social media outlets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we normally gain as much information as possible about their project and them, to determine if we are a good match for them as a contractor. Once we gain this information, we then set up a date and time for our project manager to do a walk through. Once our project manager submits his information, our estimate team will then work on the quote and submit it to the main office. At this time, we contact the customer and go over these numbers and with they are agreed upon or we work with a budget that they have in mind and come up with a number that work for both parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company does continued education with our employees as well as our lead staff. We do continued education through Associated General Contractors of America (AGC The Construction Association) & APB (Associations of Professional Builders)
