We had a storage unit in hiladelphia and needed the contents moved some items to our house and others to a storage unit here in Newark DE. The two guys were great, they got it done and were very pleasant and helpful.

Nick and his team did a great job! Hard workers, resourceful and cheerful. They made the stress of moving as pleasant as it can be. The only negative thing I can say is that the driving time was not explain well by management. I thought I was hiring a ' local' company but this company is out of Philly, so the fee was doubled. Sort of a gotcha moment. The guys did such a good job that by the end of the move the additional $ for drive time was not that big of an issue - management at Flexbox can thank their crew for that. Overall, satisfied customer.

The movers were hardworking young men who were professional and patient. They need a RAISE!!!!!! Most of the $900 I paid will probably go to the company...not to those who actually perform the service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
We used to provide mattress delivery services and eventually people asked us to help them move. One thing lead to another and now we have hundreds of customers in storage and help hundreds move every year.
What types of customers have you worked with?
A soon to be married couple is getting married and needs extra space-they'll move some items into storage until they decide where to move together to start a family. We also help a lot of world travelers who leave items in storage for a year until they get back.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get a reference. If someone can't give you 2 or 3 references for your work-DON'T hire them.
