After a rerouting of a heat supply line, the man in the attic accidentally stepped “through “ the ceiling- in 2 places. We’ve got a lot of work being done on the house and are planning on moving in soon. I called Longacre to ask about repairing the damage and they assured me that there would be no charge for the repairs and they would send a man out to look at the job. Sure enough, 2 guys came out on Monday to look at what was necessary to do the job. Gabe is the man who does a lot of damage repairs for them and he laid out a plan and, by God he stuck to it. The living room has a texture finish on the ceiling and was the larger of the 2 areas. Gabe did a fantastic job of matching the replacement area. He also repainted the whole entry way ceiling and the living room. I said that they ought to give him a raise. Gabe is such a credit to Longacre and the company really outdid themselves. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

I tried Thumbtack for the first time yesterday, and put out a request for plumbing help. Even though it wasn't an emergency, I still wanted it done that same day, if possible. Longacre replied pretty fast and even got me on the schedule for same day! When they gave me a time window, I asked for more specific times because of meetings, and they even accommodated that request too! The tech arrived, quickly assessed the situation with the clogged drain and got it taken care of quickly also. Very good and very knowledgeable. Would be happy to call them again when needed.
